We line up six numbers for every current player with 300+ shots this regular season: the share of his shots at the rim, in the rest of the paint, from midrange, from the corner 3 and from above the break 3, plus free throws per 100 shots. The gap between two players is the straight-line distance across all six numbers. The match score is 100 minus 1.5 times that gap, so identical diets score 100 and every point of gap costs 1.5 points.
